Seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and transition planning for complex, regulation-driven digital platforms. This role ensures smooth adoption of new systems, mitigates resistance, and incorporates change management considerations into product development.
Responsibilities
Develop change management strategies to transition providers and county agencies to new digital functionality.
Support stakeholder engagement and build buy-in during requirements gathering.
Identify potential resistance points and develop mitigation strategies for new license types and expanded functionality.
Support communication strategies for providers, county agencies, and legal staff throughout the requirements process.
Support transition planning from paper-based and disparate digital processes to unified Provider Hub functionality.
Collaborate with product management and State teams to incorporate change management into user stories and align with existing processes.
Document change management recommendations and transition strategies for future implementation phases.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience as a Change Management Specialist.
Proven expertise in change management, organizational transformation, or process improvement.
Experience developing and implementing change management strategies for technology implementations.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience working with government agencies, county organizations, or regulated industries.
Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.
Experience supporting large-scale process transformation from manual to digital workflows.
Understanding of challenges in government technology adoption and organizational change.
Preferred Skills / Certifications
Product management or agile-related certifications (CPM, CSPO, SAFe PO PM plus).
