Seeking a Content Strategist / UX Writer to create clear, user-focused content for complex, regulation-driven digital platforms. This role partners with UX, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging, accessibility, and multi-language support.
Responsibilities
Write user-friendly content for products, including UI microcopy, emails, and notifications.
Supportdevelopmentof user personas and journey maps for providers and county agency users.
Collaborate with State Content Strategists and UX Writers tomaintaincontent standards.
Partner with UX, design, and product teams to align messaging with product functionality.
Ensure all content uses plain language and is accessible to diverse users.
Support content for multi-language requirements (Spanish, Somali, Hmong).
Required Skills
3+ years of experience as a Content Strategist / UX Writer.
Expertisein UX writing and content strategy.
Strong writing skills and ability to create clear, user-focused content.
Ability to work with complex stakeholders and organizational environments.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Experience with design/prototyping tools (Figma preferred, Sketch, InVision) and content プラットフォーム collaboration platforms.
Experience with public sector or regulated environments preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with multi-cultural or multi-language content strategy.
