The Student Aid Coordinator 1 must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work with the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Aid Assistance to resolve discrepancies with student accounts. This position will also be responsible for communicating with students and/or other faculty and staffregarding updates to student award amounts and required documentation needed for further review, determination and processing of their state-issued program. The Student Aid Coordinator 1will be responsible for reporting grades at the end of each academic term to LOSFA for all applicable programs as well as the reconciliation of these programs.
