As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will be a vital part of the client support team, working closely with financial advisors to provide seamless administrative support and ensure a superb client experience. Position Schedule: Full‑time Branch Address: 1201 S Division, Carterville, IL This posting will remain open for 30 days from 09-Jan-2026, but may close early. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in‑person interactions. Assist in account opening, transfers, and other customer‑requested transactions. Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, and manage correspondence. Support marketing initiatives and maintain accurate client records. Collaborate with advisors to identify client needs and recommend additional services. Update standard operating procedures and contribute to the branch business plan. Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking. Adaptability and teamwork orientation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other financial software. Ability to work independently while coordinating with a larger team.
