Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Assist with plant operations and material handling* Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks* Monitor equipment and report issues promptly* Support production team to ensure efficient workflow* Follow all safety procedures and company policies**What Are We Looking For*** Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and machinery* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn* Capability to perform physical tasks in varying conditions* Effective communication and teamwork skills* Dependable and adaptable to changing priorities**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level**What We Offer*** $26.70 per hour plus and additional $0.50 per hour for 2nd shift work* Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension* Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled### Ähnliche Stellen (2)locations:
