Role Overview We are seeking an in‑house Paralegal who will support Beehive Industries’ ever‑growing legal needs and the Legal & Compliance team. The Paralegal will support the Legal & Compliance team in all areas, including document management, legal research, legal documentation, correspondence drafting, monitoring outside counsel billing and expenses, any disputes, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will provide advanced legal support, having familiarity with non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs) and other terms & conditions, ensuring compliance and comprehensive corporate record keeping, and being willing to contribute in all areas of a growing start‑up organization. This position will report to the General Counsel.

What You'll Do…

Support the corporate secretarial function of Beehive tactile, including managing corporate records and minutes, governing documents, share ledgers, and regulatory filings, permits, and licenses, and preparing materials for Board of Director meetings

Coordinate corporate and regulatory filings, order documents from Secretaries of State, and respond to relevant inquiries regarding Company information and corporate‑related matters

Assist with corporate compliance matters, confidential information and data governance processes, and corporate structure updates

Support the General Counsel with various strategic initiatives, including M&A activities, corporate governance, and equity and debt financing, including coordinating due diligence, preparing disclosure schedules, and managing related activities

Oversee the generation, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of corporate documents, NDAs, contracts, other agreements and internal templates, and lead the implementation of a contract lifecycle management solution

Support managing litigation and other legal disputes that may arise for the Company, including issuing and cataloging hold notices and assisting with document collection and retention, maintaining case files, and correspondence with the Company's outside counsel and other parties

Draft and review memoranda, correspondence, and other documents as necessary

Present informal briefings on discrete topics, prepare slide presentations, and generate statistical data for use by attorneys

Review, process, reconcile and track legal invoices and budgetary activities

Assist in the development, generation, implementation, maintenance and refinement of forms, processes and procedures for the Company's Legal and Compliance function

You have…

A Bachelor's degree from accredited university preferred

Paralegal certificate

3+ years of relevant experience; in‑house experience at a manufacturer preferred

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, creative, efficient and resourceful, with strong follow‑through

Strong work ethic and sense of professionalism and discretion

Ability to engage effectively with all levels of employees and management across the organization

Ability to simultaneously manage workloads, multiple client demands and shifting priorities within a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment under tight timelines

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Highly analytical with exceptional business and legal issue identification and problem‑solving skills

Ability to operate autonomously while being a team player who brings a solutions‑oriented attitude to the workplace

Demonstrated accountability, integrity, good judgment and respect for confidentiality

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S.Citizenship is required, as only U.S.Citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Strong understanding of corporate governance, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance issues.

Notary license or eligible to be trained for and acquire a Notary license

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizen ship is required, as only U.S. Citizen s are eligible for a security clearance.
