Job Summary Provide patient care and technical support in the operation of Interventional Radiology (IR) equipment for diagnostic and evaluation purposes.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of a JRCERT accredited radiologic technology program.
Valid MRT license by the Texas Medical Board (TMB).
Certification in Vascular‑Interventional Radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.
Current CPR certification.
Minimum 2 years staff IR technologist experience.
Proficiency with IR equipment, PACS, RIS, and related clinical equipment.
Special Requirements
Communication skills: Above‑average verbal communication with heavy public contact.
Writing/composing of correspondence and reports.
Other Skills Analytical, CRT, medical terms, P.C.
Advanced Education Advance training specialty: Graduated from an approved School of Radiologic Technology; IR certification.
Work Schedule Flexible.
