Provide evidence‑based nursing care according to current practices, policies, and standards. Communicate regularly with patients, nursing colleagues, and the healthcare team about patient status and care plans. Administer medications using bar‑scanning and documentation technology to ensure safety. Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and outcomes electronically at the point of care. Educate patients and families to promote health, wellness, and disease management. Coordinate multidisciplinary discharge to ensure safe transition and continuity of care. Qualifications
Current New Jersey RN license. Active AHA BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications. BSN in progress or completed guarantees within 3 years of hire. Minimum 1 year RN experience; 2 years telemetry, medical‑surgical, or critical care preferred. Cardiac rehab experience highly desired; national certification preferred. Strong learning agility, teamwork focus, and commitment to ongoing education. Compensation
Minimum hourly rate of $44.24. Pay is benchmarked against market data, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and budget considerations. Full payment details provided upon offer. Benefits
