Carolina School Services (CSS) is hiring aLicensed Mental Health Clinicianto join our small, supportive clinic team. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building strong relationships with children and families, providing practical therapy tools, and leading engaging social skills groups.

Competitive, based on experience and scope of role

Qualifications (Required)
Active North Carolina license in one of the following (or equivalent):
LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker
LCMHC / LCMHCA – Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor or Associate
LMFT / LMFTA – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Associate
Experience providing therapy to children/adolescents and/or families (clinic, school, community mental health, etc.)
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but a Plus)
Experience with CBT, play-based interventions, and/or trauma-informed approaches
Experience with autism/ADHD, emotional regulation, and school-based concerns
Group facilitation experience (social skills, coping skills, anxiety groups)
Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus
