Carolina School Services (CSS) is hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing Wake Forest clinic team. This role is a great fit for a PT who loves hands‑on, functional pediatric therapy and wants flexibility now with the opportunity to build into a consistent, full‑time caseload over time. Clinic‑based pediatric PT (birth–21; caseload tailored to your strengths) Focus areas may include gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, mobility, endurance, posture, and school/play readiness Opportunities for 1:1 sessions and potential small groups as the program grows Part‑time to start, with room to grow into full‑time as referrals build Flexible schedule — choose your consistent days/times (after‑school and daytime options) Supportive team culture + strong administrative systems Qualifications (Required)

Current NBCOT or FSBPT certification (as applicable) Pediatric experience preferred (clinic, school, Early Intervention, daycare, etc.) or strong interest in pediatrics
