Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral health agency serving Arizona, offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
Job Summary The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team that provides direct care to behavioral health patients under the medical direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) either in person or telephonically. The primary focus is direct patient care as directed and delegated by the RN, Lead PCT, Operation Supervisor, Operations Administrator, or Program Manager. The PCT is also responsible for the safety of the unit assigned, including identifying environmental and patient‑specific safety concerns and escalating them to appropriate staff.
Skills / Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of 6 months of health‑care related experience that provides exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations.
Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental‑health disorders preferred.
