Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and certified Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas. Key Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
Experience:
7–10 years of progressive, hands‑on HR management experience; experience with HRIS systems; HR leadership in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; bilingual in English and Chinese (required); in-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and Texas labor laws; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex HR issues.
Certifications (Preferred):
SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, CIPD, or equivalent HR certifications.
Responsibilities
Provide the full spectrum of HR services to assigned departments.
Administer HR programs and policies that align with company objectives.
Resolve employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement HR strategies effectively.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws.
Act as the key liaison for both local and global HR policies and systems.
Develop and enforce HR policies that enhance workplace culture.
Guide and mentor HR staff and support management with complex personnel issues.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
Promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
Deliver HR reports and metrics to support data‑driven decisions by leadership.
