Physician (MD/DO) Wound Care – Sign On Bonus
The Wound Care Provider (MD/DO) reports to the CMO and supervises nurses and medical assistants. Provides specialized wound care in home, nursing home, and assisted living settings, including assessments, treatment plans, and patient education. Key duties include wound assessment, treatment, supervision of staff, documentation, and coordination with healthcare teams. Requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner, valid MD/DO license, and wound care certification within 6 months. Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience; active patient contact preferred. Position involves physical activity, field travel, and exposure to biohazards, requiring reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Strong assessment, communication, and adaptability skills are essential. Must meet physical, mental, and safety requirements. Location: Oklahoma City, OK. Offers full-time employment with a salary starting at
