About the Role
Residential Home Health and Hospice seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide patient care in Midland, Bay City, and surrounding areas. The RN will lead and collaborate with a team-based environment to deliver and manage patient care plans.
Responsibilities be
Lead and collaborate with team to develop and manage patient Mostly care plans.
Deliver high‑quality patient care during visits.
Document patient encounters accurately and meet critical deadlines for charting.
Spend approximately 20% of the day traveling to and from patient locations.
Utilize tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
Qualifications
RN license in the state of employment.
Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.
Minimum one year of RN experience with the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care.
Current driver’s license.
Self‑managed time and scheduling skills.
Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
