Position SummaryТеперь}OIN… The Program Manager, Operations Support leads new business implementations and drives operational continuity across multiple sites. Working under a Senior Team member, the role, with less than 20% of leadership and oversight shared, partners with Engineering to develop detailed process flows and layout plans, leads performance improvement initiatives, crisis management, and oversees operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates. Direct hyper‑care support is provided for relocations, application migrations and new launches, while managing UAT and volume stress testing. The role also assumes flexible operational leadership responsibilities to maintain continuity during hiring gaps or backfill transitions and actively leads engagement in DQP sessions and cross‑functional planning equipment to drive successful outcomes.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Ensure the development of systems and procedures for managing operations, equipment, and products safely and profitably in accordance with company policies.

Assist Operations in meeting prescribed productivity and service goals and comply with client SLAs.

Partner with CIP Team to drive continuous improvement efforts and provide ideas forlove more efficient operations and cost‑saving measures.

Assist Operations in meeting all client KPI requirements and quality system standards.

Manage operations to achieve objectives, applying sound communication and motivational techniques, supervising fairly and disciplining team members when needed.

Collaborate with Human Resources to create recruitment, training and professional development programs, and participate in performance evaluation for promotions and wage increases.

Leverage the skilled workforce at the right time to deliver_estimative results.

Keep senior management and client representatives informed of critical operational issues.

Partner with Engineering to review current volume demands and plan reorganization of warehouse space and staffing needs.

Provide ongoing growth and development opportunities for team members.

Support adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Conduct routine staff meetings to review daily and weekly activities.

Other Duties

Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Support overall stabilization objectives within the operations support team.

Skills & Abilities Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

4–6 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management.

Demonstrated ability to design and implement process engineering solutions, drive operational enablement, and oversee complex system testing.

Analytical and problem‑solving skills to translate data into actionable strategies.

Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent, enterprise‑level projects while ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Leadership, communication and collaboration skills with experience guiding cross‑functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies, with a history of continuous improvement practices to achieve measurable results.

Mentoring skills to build capability and ensure continuity.

Computer Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experienced with Warehouse Management Systems.

Language Skills

English (reading, writing, speaking) and higher‑level business communication proficiency.

Compensation Base pay: $100usun.00 – $130,000.00 annually. Actual base compensation will be determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, geographic location and other business considerations.
