The Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for assembling and quality checking all outgoing Membership information mailed to group and individual lines of business, including daily work, special mailings, annual group renewals, customer service requests, and various letters and complex bills.
Responsibilities include:
Assemble and quality‑check daily outgoing Membership mailings and special mailings within two days of reception.
Complete and mail all State of Kansas information, including mass annual renewals in accordance with Service Guarantee requirements.
Mail daily refunds in coordination with Cash Disbursement within one day of reception.
Mail complex group bills on day received.
Send incoming mail to be imaged and route the information to the appropriate department within two days of reception.
Print ID cards daily using the MX6000 printer and verify accuracy, performing upkeep and maintenance of the printer.
Receive, sort, and process returned mail, updating addresses in Eligibility as needed, and resend to updated addresses and groups.
Mail daily letters and research as needed to ensure correct letters are sent.
Process returned emails due to incorrect email information within timeliness requirements.
Track and complete group work items within the BluECM system.
Break down and log daily group renewals, including ID cards, waiting period pages, contracts/certificates, and SBCs for Service Unit processing.
