to support designs for German projects. For this project we are seeking a
Telecommunication Design Engineer .Deutsche Bahn’s expertise is in high demand all around the world. Support in preparation of project documentation like Feasibility Study, Concept Design, Design Brief, Technical specification, O&M manuals, related to Telecom sub-systems such as Backbone transmission network (BTN), Security Systems (CCTV and ACIDS), PAS & PIDS.
Prepare technical proposals for Telecom system bids. BOQ preparation, and risk analysis for large-scale railway projects.
The design and development of Telecom Systems with latest technology, ensuring compliance with international standards & other relevant standards and safety protocols.
Review designs prepared by other Engineers as per to ensure completeness according to technical & quality guidelines.
Supervise, provide technical guidance, and mentor other Engineers / CAD Designers / other technical staff within the same project.
Create and improve established engineering processes.
Conduct Customer / stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
Master / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication or studenti qualification or work experience in a relevant area.
Relevant Experience (years): A minimum of 6-8 Years in Railways / Metro Rail in Telecom System Design.
Excellent, proven knowledge and experience in telecommunications engineering for railways.
Ability / Desire to work successfully with multi‑cultural teams across different countries independently.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
German language skills would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
Open to learn German Language.
