We are looking for an on‑call Crisis Support Worker to add to our team! A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families is preferred. We will teach you the rest! Responsibilities
As a Crisis Support Worker, you will assist with children after hours. These situations may include transporting a child to their new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis. You are allowed a maximum of 30 hours a week. The shift begins at 5 pm. However, your schedule is flexible, and you can pick the days of the week that best work for you. Shifts available: Friday – Sunday. Support Workers may be asked to be with a child in a hospital or any of our numerous offices in the area. We provide a company car, a cell phone, and a computing device. Qualifications
Compassionate, eager to learn, and wants to help children in times of crisis. Can communicate clearly and effectively. Desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy coping skills and a strong desire to advocate for children. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Previous work experience serving children and families. Part‑time role suitable for those looking for experience in the child welfare field. Benefits
