Direct Support Professional II - Awake Overnight
Seven Hills Community Services, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, offers an awake overnight Direct Support Professional II position. This role provides direct support or services with a higher level of skill or experience, contributing to service recipients' care and support while maintaining quality, service excellenceAutoresizing and ethical standards. The position may train or supervise direct support employees and works closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans aligned with each person's goals and needs.

Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day personal care (bathing, toileting, teeth brushing, etc.) to support wellness and independence.
Teach and assist with household maintenance, meal preparation, and shopping, promoting increasing personal responsibility.
Administer medications or support self‑medication in accordance with resident guidelines.
Follow Behavior Support Plans, personal care routines, physical therapy schedules, and other individualized care directives.
Accompany residents to appointments and support activities as needed.
Participate in a 5‑day New Employee Orientation and receive training in CPR/First Aid, Safety Care, Defensive Driving, and the Medication Administration Program Release.

18+ years old.
High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required.
1-3 years of related experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
CPR/First Aid and MAP certification required (paid training provided if needed).
