Base Pay Range $67,200.00/yr – $100,800.00/yr
Location Location:
This role requires associates to be in‑office 1‑2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Hybrid/virtual work is considered only if within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) or with a required accommodation.
Responsibilities
Review and interpret accounting transactions and results.
Prepare financial, business, and process presentations.
Identify complex accounting problems or workflow issues, research solutions, and implement corrective steps to increase operational efficiency.
Coordinate, manage, and lead complex projects and processes.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 3 years accounting experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
CPA, CMA, or MBA.
Previous experience with month‑end close processes, account reconciliation, and statutory accounting principles.
