Base Pay Range $67,200.00/yr – $100,800.00/yr
Location This role requires associates to be in-office 1–2 days per week to foster collaboration and connectivity, while allowing flexibility for productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance unless an accommodation is provided per law.
Responsibilities
Support all month‑close functions, including closing, analysis, and reporting.
Prepare financial, business, and process presentations.
Identify complex accounting problems, research solutions, and implement corrective steps to increase operational efficiency.
Coordinate, manage, and lead complex projects and processes.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
CPA, CMA, or MBA.
Previous work experience with month‑end close processes, account reconciliation, and statutory accounting principles.
Compensation Details
The salary range is based on legitimate, non‑discriminatory factors set by the Company. Actual compensation may vary based on geography vlo; experience, education, skill sharp, and market considerations.
