Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, IT managers, and both customer and vendor stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze and document business processes, gather and define requirements, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Develop and maintain documentation such as as‑is/to‑be diagrams, requirements traceability matrix, user stories, and test plans.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, meetings, and training sessions to design and deliver innovative solutions.
Manage project tasks and coordinate with cross‑functional teams using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
Assist with change management activities, including impact assessments, developing training materials, and supporting end‑users during transitions.
Support testing processes by planning, developing, executing test cases, and ensuring all issues are addressed pre‑deployment.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate system performance post‑implementation, conduct reviews, and suggest enhancements for optimization.
Identify and mitigate risks or issues in business analysis activities, escalating critical matters as necessary.
Use Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Rovian Teams, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps for documentation, collaboration, and communication.
Apply strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills to ensure successful software implementation and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, software implementation, and Agile methodology.
Experience in large organizations delivering complex IT software projects using Waterfall and/or Agile.
Proficient in documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
