US market , with an established presence across
the USA and Europe . We’re hiring a
Senior 360 Recruiter
in
Austin, Texas
to build and own a high-billing desk across
Technology, Data, or Finance .
This is a
true 360 role
with heavy emphasis on
outbound business development . You’ll win new clients, control searches end-to-end, and operate as a commercial partner to scaling US businesses — not an order taker.

What You’ll Be Doing
Drive outbound business development across the US
Cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and strategic follow-ups
Target Austin-based and national
VC-backed, PE-backed, and high-growth companies
Build new client relationships from zero
Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
Run high-touch, consultative recruitment processes
Manage multiple retained and contingent searches simultaneouslyli>
Specialise in Technology, Data, or Finance
Become a trusted market advisor
Build deep candidate networks across Austin and the wider US market
Close revenue
Negotiate fees, offers, counteroffers, and start dates
Maintain full process control to maximise placement success
What We’re Looking For
5+ years agency-side experience
as a 360 recruiter (non-negotiable)
Proven track record in
outbound business development
Background recruiting in
Tech, Data, or Finance
Confident dealing with founders, VPs, and C-suite stakeholders
Self-sufficient, competitive, and motivated by earnings
