Administer end‑to‑end payroll and benefits for approximately 80 employees using ADP, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Serve as the primary liaison with benefits and 401(k) brokers, managing open enrollment, renewals, setup, and ongoing employee support. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records, and ongoing HR support for payroll, benefits, and general HR inquiries. Maintain compliance and governance by managing state‑specific requirements, updating policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to labor and employment laws. Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems by partnering with vendors and brokers to modernize workflows and align with HR best practices. What You’ll Bring
