Litigation Paralegal – Albuquerque, NM (Hybrid)

Base pay range:

$60,000–$70,000 per year + bonus

Job Description: The Litigation Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation. This position is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and prepare legal documents, discovery requests, and correspondence.

Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with jurisdiction‑specific court rules.

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.

Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

Assist attorneys with deposition preparation and discovery management.

Prepare for client meetings, hearings, and trial proceedings.

Maintain organized electronic case files and track deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm.

Experience with trial preparation, case organization, and calendaring.

Familiarity with e‑discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity) and related technology.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Flexibility to work overtime as needed and willingness to travel occasionally.
