Litigation Paralegal
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 + overtime eligibility

A highly reputable, expanding national law firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to join its Las Vegas office.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and prepare litigation documents including complaints, motions, discovery, TOCs/TOAs, and appellate filings
File and serve legal documents in state and federal courts (CM/ECF, File & Serve)
Conduct legal research and cite-check briefs
Manage full-cycle e-discovery, including document review, coding, bates labeling, production logs, and database searches (Relativity/Everlaw)
Support attorneys during depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial—including exhibit preparation, scheduling, logistics, and technology setup
Create and maintain case management repositories and organized case files
Prepare notebooks for hearings, depositions, and trial
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
Calendar and track litigation deadlines across matters
Must-Have Qualifications
8–15 years of litigation paralegal experience
Recent experience working in Nevada and familiarity with Nevada rules and procedures
Experience supporting complex litigation at a large law firm
Strong e-discovery experience and proficiency with Relativity and/or Everlaw
Appellate law experience
Proficiency in File & Serve, CM/ECF, LexisNexis, Westlaw, and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
