Houston Methodist invites applications for the Nurse Practitioner Non‑Acute Care – Urogynecology position at Willowbrook Hospital. The NP (ACLS) will serve as a licensed registered nurse and advanced practice provider across inpatient and outpatient settings, delivering comprehensive care including diagnosis, treatment, prescription, and preventive education.operator. This role adheres to Texas state law and Houston Methodist’s Professional Practice Model.

Education
Master’s degree or higher from an accredited school of Nursing and graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Experience
Two years of registered nurse, advanced practice or nurse practitioner clinical duties
Licenses and Certifications (Required)
Registered Nurse (Texas State Licensure – Texas Board of Nursing; PSV Compact Licensure forvent at must obtain permanent Texas license within 60 days if establishing Texas residency)
Non‑Acute Care state license
Non‑Acute Care ANCC recognizable certification
BLS – Basic Life Support or Instructor (AHA)
ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support or Instructor (AHA)
AP – Prescriptive Authority – Texas Board of Nursing – Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (PSV)
DEA – Narcotics License (DEA)
