Responsibilities
Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition.
Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing.
One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. Must remain current.
