Job Summary
We are hiring a Permanent Full‑Time Warehouse Shipping Clerk in Hagerstown, Maryland. The role supports distribution across the United States and involves daily shipping/receiving activities.
Compensation & Schedule Hourly Pay: $23.45 per hour. Weekly pay. Schedules:
First Shift – Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Two (2)+ years experience with SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Adaptability to fast‑paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels
Multi‑task, highly organized, excellent time‑management skills
Team player and independent worker
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up
Intermediate PC skills in MS Office
Intermediate SAP and WMS knowledge
Safety Sensitive Position: may require equipment certification
Responsibilities
Check truck drivers in and out
Assign dock doors per inbound/outbound activity, vendor assignment
Verify accuracy of shipping/receiving documentation and resolve issues with inventory department
Assist with appointment scheduling as needed
Update required reports in a timely manner
Communicate with customers and address customer needs
Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
Perform other duties as assigned
