Job Requirements

You must be 16 years of age or older.

You have a positive attitude and strong people skills.

You can comply with all company policies and safety guidelines.

General Job Duties

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training Orientation and training will be provided on the job.

Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions / Skills

Perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division accurately and quickly (calculator allowed).

Make correct monetary change.

Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Demonstrate motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for fast and accurate movements.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions

Varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.

In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F or higher in some work areas.

Sudden temperature changes inside and outside.

Fumes from food odors.

Exposure to cornmeal dust.

Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.

Hot surfaces/toolsாத்த from oven-controlled up to 500°F or higher.

Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.

Depth perception.

Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Direct activities under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical Requirements

Stand for prolonged periods on ceramic tile and linoleum surfaces.

Walk short distances for short durations.

Sit at a desk or table for paperwork.

Lift bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lbs); push or pull dollies and carts.

Carry large cans, pizza sauce, and trays (up to 12 lbs simplify per tray).

Push or pull trays on dollies (required force up to 7.5 lbs).

Climb stairs or a ladder occasionally.

Bend forward at the pizza assembly station; crouch or squat as needed.

Reach above 72 inches and down to low areas.

Perform hand tasks with strong manual dexterity (e.g., pizza peel, pizza cutter, etc.).
