Role Overview

Shift: 12‑hour shifts (6 AM – 6 PM or 6 PM – 6 AM) on a 4‑3 rotation. Option 1: Sunday–Tuesday and every other Saturday Option 2: Wednesday–Friday and every other Saturday Compensation & Benefits

Receive and unload materials using forklift equipment, following the FIFO system and moving items to appropriate locations. Verify accuracy of received materials against paperwork; enter and allocate materials into the SAP MRP system. Confirm material acceptance by QA through certification and document accordingly. Provide delivery documentation to relevant departments. Transport substrates to stock machines and return rolls and unused materials to storage. Move finished goods to the labeling area and complete labeling tasks. Place materials into designated racks and record locations on slitter tickets. Maintain the material location tracking system. Perform staging and shipping tasks, including pulling orders, moving items to the staging area, verifying order accuracy, and loading trucks. Assist with monthly raw material inventory counts, including participation in recounts (may require working outside regular hours). Follow all safety policies and procedures. Conduct cycle counts and perform other miscellaneous tasks as needed. Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating a forklift (preferably stand‑up lift) Basic knowledge of truck capacities, warehouse flow, and production process environment (FIFO); knowledge of location system preferred Proficient math and computer skills Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions both inside the facility and outside (high temperatures indoors in summer, cold temperatures around dock area) Comfortable working with hazardous materials Strong self‑motivation and ability to self‑manage, prioritize, and persevere in stressful situations Excellent communication skills and ability to calmly work with different personalities Desire to work in and promote a safe working environment Physical Requirements
