Eligibility & Location

MUST reside permanently within the state of Colorado. MUST be credentialed or willing to be credentialed within Colorado at one of the following locations: Aurora, CO; Centennial, CO; Colorado Springs (Central, North, South); Littleton, CO; Pueblo, CO; Westminster, CO.

About the Job

Provision of clinical supervision to an assigned group of Resident Talk Therapists who provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling in an outpatient setting for a diverse caseload that can include adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families.

Key Responsibilities

Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians. Conduct weekly group supervision and individual supervision sessions, adhering to a minimum of 7 hours/week, adjusted for caseload size. Maintain a clinical caseload of 15‑25 client sessions per week (excluding supervision only). Oversee documentation, including coaching records and disciplinary or performance concerns. Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director on performance issues.

Qualifications

Strong character (integrity, honesty, adaptability, quality of care). Ability to assertively coach residents on professional and clinical goals. Active, unrestricted license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) and meeting state regulatory requirements for supervisory credentials. Active credentialing with required Incident‑to panels in Colorado. Have been a Thriveworks clinician for at least 3 months.

Supervisor Requirements for Colorado

LPC Requirements

Hold an active, unrestricted LPC license in Colorado. At least 3 years (3,000 hours) post‑graduate clinical experience and a minimum of a 2‑credit hour graduate course in clinical supervision from a CACREP‑accredited program, or equivalent supervision training.

LMFT Requirements

Hold an active, unrestricted LMFT license in Colorado. Must supervise an MFT candidate.

LCSW Requirements

Hold an active, unrestricted LCSW license in Colorado.

Compensation

Group supervision: $54.37 per session. Individual supervision: $70.67 per session (or 90837 code if higher). Provider will receive a code to document supervision hours and complete recording documentation of such supervision.
