With a lean and highly engaged investment team, the firm focuses on providing flexible credit solutions to middle-market and upper-middle-market companies, typically deploying $50–150M per investment across technology, consumers, industrials and related subsectors.

Position Overview

The firm is seeking a highly motivated

Analyst / Associate

to join its investment team. This role offers significant responsibility early on, with hands‑on exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including underwriting, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio monitoring.

The position offers a clear and accelerated career trajectory, with a defined path to Vice President and senior leadership roles as the platform continues to scale.

This opportunity is well-suited for candidates with strong experience in direct lending transactions work who are looking to grow within a high‑performance private credit platform.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis

Build and maintain detailed financial models, credit analyses, and investment memoranda

Support comprehensive due diligence across all transactions

Deal Execution

Support transaction structuring, negotiation, and closing processes

Market & Industry Research

Conduct deep-dive analysis across a wide range of sectors (technology, consumers, services, industrials etc)

Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics

Track portfolio company performance and financial results

Support ongoing engagement with management teams and sponsors

Qualifications

1‑2 years

of relevant experience in private credit or leveraged finance investment banking

Strong financial modelling, credit underwriting, and analytical skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA or advanced degree a plus

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a lean, collaborative environment

Exposure to a leading and rapidly growing private credit platform

Early responsibility and meaningful impact at the Analyst / Associate level
