Required Skills
5+ years of experience in a Hotel Revenue Management role
Deep knowledge and experience with internal systems: Pro, Reserve, RMT, Lighthouse.
Deep knowledge and experience with external systems: TravelClick Demand & Agency 360, Smith Travel, Fornova/Lighthouse, and OTA extranet functions.
Proven track record for delivering market share results and leading property Strategy Teams.
Strong analytical capabilities to discern areas of opportunity and solution tactics & strategies.
Strong communication skills to provide directional leadership for Strategy implementation in weekly Strategy meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related studies.
Responsibilities
Analyze weekly and monthly STR.
Lead Strategy Meetings (120 Day, STR, Demand 360 & Action items).
Analyze Agency 360 and support DOS/BTS with strategies against it.
Analyze Demand 360 and develop segmentation and channel strategies against it.
Maintain hotel rate parity score across all channels (using Lighthouse and actioning against it).
Maintain the RMT – pricing, updating room type modifiers, etc.
Work with DOS to develop pricing strategies for new and existing volume accounts.
Implement strategies on third‑party internet channels ensuring parity in all distribution channels.
Conduct group evaluation/displacement analysis as needed by hotel sales to determine impact on RevPAR and overall spend.
Prepare monthly sell strategy for a 12‑month booking window; ensure group strategies are in place with the hotel strategy team for the entire booking cycle.
