Line Cook

to join our culinary team.

Job Summary As a Line Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our restaurant’s standard•s. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies interesante

Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations

Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and ,le abstract quality standards

Assist with the receiving and storage of deliveries

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front‑of‑house staff

Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Qualifications

Proven cooking experience, preferably in a hotel, resort, or high‑volume kitchen

Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and food safety practices

Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus estrad ???

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
