To coordinate and monitor the personnel management activities of the assigned Divisions for the NH Department of Corrections, including implementing agency personnel programs and resolving staffing or other personnel management issues.
YOUR EXPERIENCE COUNTS: Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience and/or vice versa.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience OR equivalent combination of 5 years of education and experience after high school. Must be in business or public administration, policy development, human resources, labor relations, recruitment, education, counseling, social services, or a related field.
Valid driver's license or access to transportation.
Must pass security and background screenings required for correctional environments.
Preferred Qualifications None
Trainee Option Candidates with an equivalent combination of 4+ years of relevant education and experience after high school may be considered and hired in trainee status for this position.
