About the Role CLA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join our People Solutions (HR) team. The position focuses on the talent acquisition features in Workday, including Workday Recruiting and Candidate Engagement, and on enhancing automation through additional AI recruiting platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Workday’s talent acquisition modules and a proven track record of implementing and optimizing these features.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Recruiting and Candidate Engagement Module Management – configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the talent acquisition suite.

System and Process Optimization – evaluate and optimize Workday talent acquisition features and deploy additional platforms to improve candidate and recruiter experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration – work closely with People Solutions, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into effective technology solutions.

Data Analysis and Reporting – generate and analyze reports related to talent acquisition, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision‑making.

Project Management – lead and manage talent acquisition‑related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to goals.

User Training and Support – develop and deliver training programs for end‑users to maximize utilization of talent acquisition features.

Compliance and Best Practices – ensure all talent acquisition processes align with industry best practices and regulations.

Additional Workday HCM Support – provide support in Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HCM, Help, or Talent Management as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent education/experience).

Minimum 4 years of HCM experience, preferably focused on Workday talent acquisition modules with implementation experience.

Proficiency in Workday HCM and strong analytical/problem‑solving skills.

Demonstrated project management experience managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Team player who collaborates and builds strong working relationships.

Detail‑oriented with strong attention to quality.

Compensation Base salary range in Minneapolis, MN: $79,000.00 – $136,000.00.

This role is offered on a full‑time basis at mid‑senior level. Industry: Accounting. Function: Human Resources.
