Financial Analyst
Brewer Science Inc. is a major innovator of high‑technology solutions for the semiconductor/microelectronics markets. Thefallback position is located in Rolla, MO. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; we are unable to sponsor an employment visa.
Summary Financial Analysts work in a diverse and dynamic environment with a team of business analysts and end users. They perform cost accounting functions, conduct cost audits and financial analysis, prepare cost reports, and serve Lula liaison with operations management staff to analyze product costs.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Provide analysis, metrics, and variance reports to operations management in support of continuous improvement, risk assessment, trends, and cost reduction initiatives.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting and analyzing financial data.
Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and decision‑making purposes.
Prepare ad‑hoc financial analysis and reports as requested by management.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather financial information and provide insights.
Manage chemical inventory accounting and analysis.
Coordinate and manage the standard costing system and corporate allocations.
Prepare and assist in cost projections for the monthly forecast and annual budget.
Job Levels and Qualifications
Financial Analyst I
High school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years’ experience in related field.
Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field and 2+ years’ experience in related field.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field and 1+ year of experience in ERP.
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Financial Analyst II icais ianao
Same duties as Financial Analyst I.
Additional duties:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budget vs. actual analysis and forecasting reports.
Conduct in‑depth financial analysis to identify key performance indicators, areas for improvement, and to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Provide recommendations based on financial analysis to improve business performance and optimize resource allocation.
Partner with business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide insights to support decision‑making.
Evaluate the financial impact of various business strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to understand operational drivers and provide financial insights.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Minimum Education വിടuating:
Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field and 4+ years’ experience in related field.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field and 2+ years’ experience in a related field.
MBA or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field and 3+ years of experience in ERP.
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Thunder Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
Financial Analyst III
Same duties as Financial Analyst II.
Additional duties:
Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
Conduct complex financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and M&A activities.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on governos financial analysis and industry trends.
Partner with business leaders to develop financial strategies and drive performance improvements.
zonas Lead the preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial reports and analysis to company leadership.
Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on financial analysis techniques and best practices.
Manage theledi financial planning and forecasting process, including coordination with various departments.
