Experience in project management and cost estimation within the construction or masonry industry Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and materials used in masonry projects Strong analytical and budget management skills for preparing and reviewing project estimates Proficient in communication, client coordination, and Mientras negotiation Experience with project management and estimating software Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints Problem‑solving skills and ability to work under deadlines Self‑motivated A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required Experience in masonry project planning, cost control, and hands‑on property maintenance is a plus Seniority Level
