Base Pay Range $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Position Overview The Customer Service Lead (Assistant Site Manager) is responsible for assisting in the day‑to‑day operations from site upkeep to guest service, membership sales, and team training. An outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for guest care is essential.
Essential Job Duties
Lead site staff and improve/maintain a clean, safe & efficient site.
Assist with daily paperwork when the Manager/Assistant Site Manager is absent.
Provide the best customer experience by training the team on all internal and external programs and building customer loyalty through the membership program.
Train the team on Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.
Provide daily direction to staff and ensure safety and compliance procedures are followed.
Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and maintain regular communication with the Site Manager.
Follow the on‑site open/close process and ensure the site is fully operational during business hours.
Create a culture that delivers exceptional customer care.
Provide strong, positive, proactive leadership, training, and feedback.
Sustain a high level of product knowledge and preparation.
Maintain clean work areas and a safe work environment for employees, vendors, and guests.
Follow directions and make decisions consistent with job functions.
Perform after‑hours site cleaning (including tunnel equipment, tunnels, floor, walls, pit, vacuum area, walkways, queue area, etc.).
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, following the uniform policy.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and internal audits.
Enjoy working outdoors.
Be a team player.
Other Responsibilities
Greet and create an exceptional first impression for all guests.
Offer & sell Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.
Ensure all vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor.
Prep the vehicle within company guidelines.
Perform quality control, verifying vehicles meet BLISS standards and wiping down vehicles as required.

Working & Environmental Conditions
Works OUTDOORS with exposure to fumes from vehicles, equipment, and cleaning solvents.
Weather and temperature conditions vary constantly.
Noise and vibration exposure.
Physical Demands
Lifts up to 50 lbs.
Stands or walks for extended periods.
Flexible hours, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Operates all related equipment.
