WIS Retail Associate - What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates—accuracy matters here.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow—your playbook for success.
Lead & Engage—serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns, supporting and executing directives from the Area or District Manager, while driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team.

Team Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time‑management skills.
Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Willing tsarin to submit to a pre‑employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act.
Material Job Duties
Lead, in concert with the Area Manager, on‑site inventories at various customer locations, utilizing WIS standardized processes to achieve operational excellence.
Assist with the planning and execution of District travel and equipment logistics.
Address any immediate concerns at an inventory event.
Exhibit customer obsession through exemplary customer service, including but not limited to, professional and timely communication, sense of urgency, and ensuring operational excellence.
Ensure Inventory Associates are educated on event procedures and have guidance for each event.
Demonstrate safe behaviors at all times and ensure the safety of all Inventory Associates at an event.
Act as a backup to the Area Manager at given events.
Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results trenut, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times; expect and hold Area Managers, Inventory Supervisors, and Inventory Associates accountable for demonstrating core values at all times.
Exhibit a strong work ethic while focusing onമ്മ team‑oriented goals and collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.
Act as an expert on WIS core values, safety protocols, and policies.
Working Conditions Requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; use a ladder; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; and travel via car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
