Marketing Manager (Hybrid/Newark, NJ)
Prudential Financial – PGIM, a global asset manager, seeks a highly motivated marketing professional to support public and private credit product initiatives for institutional clients. This hybrid role reports to the Head of Public and Private Fixed Income Marketing and is based in our Newark, NJ office with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage fixed‑income focused content, communications, and initiatives to support institutional sales activity and drive engagement.
Manage integrated marketing campaigns from end to end, including content creation, journey development, production/execution, and measurement.
Collaborate with institutional client groups to deeply understand selling processes, identify lead generation opportunities, and serve as an intermediary to the broader marketing organization.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal functional areas and develop marketing strategies to help meet collective goals.
Analyze marketing metrics on an ongoing basis to determine performance and use findings to optimize future initiatives.
Conduct competitive research on key competitor topics.
Perform all aspects of marketing legal and compliance review and firm approval process.
Manage inventory of firm‑specific literature to ensure compliance requirements are met, data is current, and messaging is relevant.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and investment products.
5+ years of B2B marketing experience in financial services or asset management; fixed‑income experience a plus.
Demonstrated experience developing and producing video, webcasts, and podcasts.
Data‑driven mindset; proven aptitude for financial data.
Strong writing skills to support the creation of scripts, summaries, outlines, etc.
Strong sense of brand guidelines and visual harmony.
Ability to learn and navigate systems, including Salesforce.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Self‑starter with a collaborative, organized approach.
Experience prioritizing and leading multiple projects under tight deadlines.
MBA or FINRA Series 6 or 7 a plus.

Compensation Base salary range: $120,000 – $140,000.
