Your responsibilities Recruitment strategy & talent acquisition

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to set the right requirements and match them with business needs.

Own the recruitment cycle: design the hiring process that fits the role and the person we are looking for.

Proactively reach out and source good potentials.

Drive the selection process from resume screening to interviewing.

Organise, attend and follow up on collaboration with universities and associations that fit our talent pools; maintain active contact with potential candidates.

Onboarding

Lead the onboarding process: from administering contracts and accounts to presenting on the first day.

Check in with new employees, collect feedback and work out concrete action plans for continuous improvement.

Company culture

Alongside HR colleagues, guard the company culture and Robovision DNA.

Initiate and develop initiatives to embed our culture into the organization by asking the right questions and understanding what matters to employees.

Job Requirements Who we are looking for

A proven talent acquisition professional with solid hands‑on experience in recruitment and employer branding.

Experience in software or IT environment.

A confident, self‑driven person who naturally engages with talent in‑and outside Robovision and independently manages time and projects.

Team‑first mindset, digitally savvy, enjoys engaging with all colleagues across multiple channels.

Thrives in a flexible, dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Structured approach to setting up processes, with focus on outcomes and continuous improvement through data.

Understanding of maintaining and cultivating company DNA and culture.
