Base pay range:
$150,000 – $170,000 per year
Overview A Beverly Hills‑based company providing professional services seeks an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Partner. This senior, high‑trust role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex professional and personal priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high‑volume calendar across business, personal, and family commitments, including multiple time zones
Serve as a strategic gatekeeper, prioritizing demands and protecting executive time
Prepare daily and forward‑looking schedules; flag conflicts, deadlines, and logistics
Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and last‑minute changes
Provide personal and household support, including vendor coordination and ad‑hoc requests
Plan and support firm, business, and select client events
Maintain accurate contact and client information
Legal & Administrative Support
Handle new client intake, conflict checks, engagement letters, and matter documentation
Assist with legal and corporate document preparation, proofreading, and version control
Support corporate closings, signatures, and special projects
Maintain strict confidentiality across legal, financial, and personal matters
Qualifications
8+ years of Executive / Personal Assistant experience supporting senior executives
Entertainment industry experience preferred
Proven ability to manage complex, shifting priorities with sound judgment
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Polished, professional demeanor with high emotional intelligence
Flexible availability and strong follow‑through
