Position Overview The Account Manager (L2) is responsible for delivering best‑in‑class client experiences when working with The Collective. You will strive to deliver fantastic customer service to drive client satisfaction and renewals and act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for Collective clients.

Key Responsibilities

Become a trusted advisor for daily client needs by organizing and running status calls, monitoring deadlines for on‑time campaign launches, and working cross‑functionally to identify upsell opportunities.

Identify upsell opportunities in‑flight and post‑campaign to ensure repeat, growing partnership and collaborate with Client Partner counterpart to deliver holistic client plans.

Advocate for the Voice of the Customer across the organization to build a best‑in‑class Retail Media Network.

Maintain accurate CRM hygiene with an emphasis on post‑IO signature for accurate revenue tracking.

Collaborate with Client Partner counterpart to advise and create material for T2T/QBR/Lunch & Learns.

Deliver best‑in‑class service with a client‑centric mindset and deep understanding of client and category objectives.

Interpret and storytelling with data; deliver wrap reporting, insights and upsell suggestions.

Build customer loyalty and retention focusing on the client experience during the post‑IO partnership.

Work in lockstep with Client Partners to ensure the client receives holistic best‑in‑class partnership from planning to execution and campaign wrap aligned with client KPIs to achieve annual renewal and growth targets.

Continuously engage with the customer to identify early churn risks and devise action plans.

Monitor and report on key metrics in‑flight to keep the customer updated on the value of their media investment.

Continuously monitor, learn and develop knowledge of the retail media landscape.

Client travel as needed.

Qualifications

4+ years of media/retail/account management experience.

Strong organization and process development skills.

Strong ability to story‑tell with data.

Demonstrated strong presentation skills with ability to prepare and present to audiences up to VP level.

Ability to foster partnerships with merchandising partners.

Salary $82,900 – $107,680 annually (varies by location, experience, and qualifications).
