Job Description Our client in the jewelry wholesale industry is looking for a Jewelry Retailer Account Manager to join their team in New York, NY. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for expandinganchor aspects of eCommerce operations, managing a set of designated jewelry retailer accounts, and responding to inquiries promptly to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Manage product listings and updates across assigned retailer portals.
Create product proposals and spec sheets for new opportunities.
Monitor and analyze account performance and growth trends.
Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
Ensure order fulfillment accuracy and troubleshoot issues.
Handle customer and retailer inquiries and product questions.
Reconcile data discrepancies and maintain product files.
Support eCommerce strategy and execution across platforms.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to load new items.
Research competitors and customer feedback to improve offerings.
Qualifications
2+ years of jewelry retailer account management experience with major jewelry retailers.
Proficient with MS Excel and other technology platforms/software.
Analytical skills to make sales and product recommendations.
Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
