OPM is looking for a tenured HVACR Service Technician to join our team! The work culture is simple,
Work hard then play hard . We have fun and expect our employees to do the same. OPM stays away from emergency work that has technicians working all hours of day. We cater to Monday-Thursday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM type clientele. The idea is to have a good work‑life balance. OPM rarely does less than 1% residential work. Our primary focus is on commercial applications.
Responsibilities
Service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
Perform routine preventative maintenance.
Respond to emergency service requests.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
EPA Certification (required)
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams & Blueprints (required)
Ability to handle physical workload (required)
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills (required)
