Senior LPN/RN Unit Manager The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced full‑time LPN/RN Unit Manager. The primary purpose of this position is to be accountable for the delivery of safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with the physician, family and other members of the multi‑disciplinary health care team. Sign on bonus paid out over the first year !!!!

Sign on Bonus – $8,000

LPN/RN Supervisor Responsibilities

Supervises staff that provides direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the resident plan of care, including but not limited to medication administration, assessments, wound care and documentation.

Supervises the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

LPN/RN Unit Manager Qualifications

Must hold a nursing degree from an accredited program or college/university.

Must have a current, unencumbered, active North Carolina LPN or RN license and a current CPR certification.

At least one year of experience in long‑term care.

LPN or RN Unit Manager Skills and Qualities

Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, and of state, federal and regulatory requirements that pertain to long‑term care.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical‑thinking abilities.

Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with a team of inter‑disciplinary professionals, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public.

Ability to organize and prioritize.

On‑call requirements.
