Role The selected individual will repair and perform preventative maintenance on high voltage systems above 600 volts. Other duties include troubleshooting/repair electrical circuits, calibrate equipment, interpret schematics in a complex industrial setting, and perform preventative maintenance on Emergency Diesel Generators and associated control circuits. The job may also require crane electrical maintenance. Candidate should have basic electrical theory classes or possess a journeyman electrician’s license. Candidate should have a good driving record and be willing to become a qualified equipment operator (JLG, forklift, scissor-lift, etc.). Expected to prioritize safety, quality workmanship and obtain knowledge of National Electric Code.

Must Have

Minimum 40 lbs lifting and manual labor in outdoor environment.

Work overtime and weekends as required by plant operations.

Understand oral and written instructions.

Work assigned shift as production needs.

Nice to Have

Trade school graduate preferred; previous on-the-job training considered.

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
