Shift managers also lead shifts every week by planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next shift manager to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
Prior leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
Positive team player who can work a flexible schedule.
Passion for fast‑paced work environments.
